Okay, I think what you might be missing is called the scotch tension, which you won't need unless you want to spin as a single-drive instead of the double-drive like it's set up now.
I found a lot of other pictures, look at them and see if you see something that you don't have (does that make sense? I'm soooo freaking tired!).
So here she is. What you see here is everything I got with it. Any ideas? Am I missing a part?
